The state of Iowa is suffering from a large number of drug related offenders that are proving to be a large dent in the effective functioning of the state and its economy. That is the reason the state has implemented the jail-based substance abuse treatment program.

Treatment programs can be the premier way for someone who is suffering from any array of abuse or addiction problems.
